Step 01 · Sketch
It starts with a pencil.
We sketch the pose, the proportions and the little details you care about — from your photo, a reference or just a description.
Step 02 · 3D model
The sketch becomes a sculpture.
We build it in 3D software and turn it around, checking every angle so thin parts like the flute print strong.
Step 03 · Slice
Cut into hundreds of layers.
Slicing software splits the model into thin horizontal layers. Each one becomes a path for the printer's nozzle.
Step 04 · Print
Built one layer at a time.
Hot filament is laid down line by line, from the base up. Fine layers are what give the hair and flute their detail.
Step 05 · Finish
Cleaned, checked, ready to gift.
Supports come off, edges are cleaned and every piece is inspected before it's packed for you.
